Donate a Blanket for the Homeless at USF's Blanket Drive
We have so many people in the Tampa Bay area who are homeless and go hunger every day and this might be a small way for each of us to help. The Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement Office at USF is having a Hunger Awareness Week from November 2-7 to educate students about poverty homelessness issues. They are sponsoring a Blanket Drive and are donating blankets to the Salvation Army.
They have provided me with a box for people to donate blankets, so if you are interested in helping out someone less fortunate please stop by the Tampa USF campus Advising Office, FAH 120 double purple doors.
