Professionals can register for $10 and parents can register for free with the Early Childhood Council for the first of a four-part series called “Safe & Sound; Promoting the Health of Babies and Young Children,” Topics include domestic violence, preventing Shaken Baby Syndrome, Car Seat Safety and Toy Safety/Choking/First Aid.
