Neighborhoods are defined on the Community Atlas as small geographic areas that have boundaries defined by either a government agency or a neighborhood association. In Hillsborough County, it is the Office of Neighborhood Relations (ONR) that helps neighborhoods obtain or improve county services by acting as a liaison between neighborhood associations and County departments. The ONR maintains a database of more then 800 neighborhood associations throughout the county (see below), and is a key source of technical assistance for those organizing or revitalizing neighborhood organizations.
Note: The ONR Listing includes neighborhoods in Tampa and Unincorporated Hillsborough County at present. We plan to include neighborhoods in Temple Terrace and Plant City in the future. If you do not find the neighborhood you are looking for, please contact the Hillsborough ONR.
